Lindsey Pattillo was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. After moving to Texas in 2009 she would always remember to stop into local convenience stores while in Alabama knowing that she could not find her favorite Southern comfort food in Texas. Finally, while driving back to Houston, she hit her hand on the steering wheel and said aloud "I forgot to get my boiled peanuts!", she knew then and there that her craving would be satiated.

Lindsey's father was raised in the peanut capital of the world, Dothan, Alabama. Lindsey's father has always called her "Linds-a-Rella", "Rella" for short.
